Annual Tuberculosis Testing Requirement *

The State of California requires all persons working with children to be tested for Tuberculosis (TB) annually. You will be required to provide proof of your TB status prior to employment at Studio Montessori. Furthermore, you must have a valid negative TB result record to remain employed. Please indicate your willingness to comply with this requirement.

Vaccination Requirement

The State of California requires all employees or volunteers working with children in preschools to be immunized against influenza, pertussis, and measles. Each employee or volunteer must receive his or her influenza vaccination between August 1 and December 1 of each year. A person may not be hired as a teacher in a day care center without first providing evidence of current immunity status or exemption from immunization. Please indicate your ability to comply with these requirements.
